Galax: Finish 100 laps.
Green Kirby: Defeat an enemy ten times with the canon.
Green Kirby: Finish a race after eating 3 swordknights.
King Dedede: Defeat 1000 enemies.
Meta-Knight: Destroy 1000 boxes.
Meta-Knight: Fly for half an hour.
Purple Kirby: Defeat a vehicle five times.
